Accessing Your Usage Dashboard
To monitor your subscription usage:- Log in to your AlloMia account
- Navigate to Organization Settings from your dashboard
- Select the Usage tab to view your current usage statistics
Understanding Usage Metrics
The Usage dashboard displays several key metrics:- Voice Minutes Used: Total voice minutes consumed in the current billing cycle
- Plan Limit: Maximum minutes available in your current subscription plan
- Usage Percentage: Visual indicator of your consumption relative to your limit
- Daily/Weekly Trends: Graph showing usage patterns over time
- Agent-specific Usage: Breakdown of minutes used by each voice agent
