Overview

Expand your reach and provide dedicated lines for your AlloMia voice agents by purchasing new phone numbers directly through the platform. This guide walks you through the process of purchasing new phone numbers, understanding number types, and selecting the best options for your organization.
Note: Purchasing phone numbers requires an active subscription.

Accessing Purchase Options

  1. Navigate to the Phone Numbers section from the main application sidebar.
  2. Select the Purchase Number tab located at the top of the page.

Searching for Available Numbers

Use the provided filters to find numbers that meet your requirements:
  • Type: Choose between Local or Toll-Free number types.
  • Country: Select the country where you need the number. This often defaults based on your organization’s settings.
  • Region (Optional): Enter a specific state, province, or locality to narrow down the search.
  • Area Code (Optional): If you need a number in a specific area code, enter it here.
  • Contains (Optional): Enter a specific sequence of digits if you want the phone number to include them (e.g., ‘1234’).
After setting your filters, click the Search Numbers button.

Selecting and Purchasing

The system will display a list of available phone numbers matching your criteria, along with their location and monthly price.
  1. Review the list of available numbers.
  2. Click on the phone number you wish to purchase to select it.
  3. Click the Add Number button.
The selected number will be purchased and automatically added to your inventory, visible in the main Phone Numbers tab.
